Cheese Crisps
Cheese Crisps is an easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, softened, 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper and 2 c. rice krispies cereal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large mixing bowl, blend together cheese and butter.
Work in flour and pepper evenly until it forms a soft dough. Work in Rice Krispies until evenly mixed.
Roll into 1/2-inch balls.
Press flat on palm of hand.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Prick tops with toothpick.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Makes 50 to 60.
