Cheese Crisps
Cheese Crisps is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, softened, 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 2 c. sifted self-rising flour, 2 c. rice krispies cereal and 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine all ingredients in bowl.
Mix well.
Shape into small balls with floured fingers.
Place on baking sheet (ungreased); press lightly with fork to 1/4-inch thickness.
Bake at 325Β° for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on wire racks. Store in airtight container.
Keeps well ahead of time.
Yields 6 1/2 to 7 dozen.
