Cheese Cornbread
Cheese Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. salt, 6 eggs and 1 qt. yellow cornmeal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

butter, salt and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs; well. Mix all dry ingredients and gradually add to mixture, alternating water.
Scrape side and bottom of bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour in cheese and beat 1 minute.
Pour into well-greased pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375Β°.
