Cheese Corn Bread
Cheese Corn Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. milk, 1 tsp. prepared mustard, 1 well beaten egg, 1 (14 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix and 1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Blend milk and mustard and add beaten egg.
Combine corn muffin mix and Parmesan cheese.
Add milk mixture, stirring until just mixed.
Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake in a hot oven (400Β°) for 18 to 20 minutes.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over the top and bake 1 minute longer or until cheese is slightly melted.
Serve warm.
Serves 8 or 9.
