Cheese-Chive Biscuits

Combine first 3 ingredients; cut in 1/4 cup margarine with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
Stir in cheese and chives.
Add milk gradually, stirring just until moistened.
Shape into a ball.
Roll dough to 3/4-inch thickness on a floured surface.
Cut with a 2 1/2-inch round cutter; place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Combine melted margarine and water; brush over tops of biscuits.
Bake at 450Β° for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
