Cheese Chile Roll
Cheese Chile Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 small jar sliced pimentos, drained, 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, 1 small can chopped black olives, drained and 2 lb. loaf velveeta cheese, room temperature, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Roll Velveeta between 2 pieces wax paper until about 1/2-inch thick.
Spread cream cheese mixture on top of Velveeta.
Roll like a jelly roll.
Keep cold until about 20 minutes before serving.
Serve with crackers. Makes large roll.
