Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
Cheese Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 1/2 c. shredded, cooked chicken or turkey, 1 (12 oz.) jar picante sauce and 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Cook onion in margarine in large skillet until tender.
Stir in chicken, 1/4 cup picante sauce, cream cheese and cumin.
Stir in one cup cheese until heated.
Place mixture into flour tortillas, roll and fold ends.
Place into baking dish, top with remaining cheese and salsa.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
