Cheese Cake Pie
Cheese Cake Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. honey graham cracker crumbs (about 15 squares), 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. walnuts, finely chopped, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter or margarine, chopped walnuts and cinnamon.
Press into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
Combine sugar, salt, cream cheese, vanilla, almond extract and eggs.
Beat until smooth.
Blend in dairy sour cream.
Pour into prepared crust. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool.
Chill for 4 to 5 hours before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
