Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. melted butter, 1 1/2 c. sour cream and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Graham crumbs, cup sugar and 1/4 cup melted butter and press into bottom of spring-form pan. Blend well in blender
1 1/2 cups sour cream, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 pound cream cheese and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Pour into pan with graham crust and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325Β°.
Open oven and turn on broiler.
Brown top lightly.
