Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 8 double graham crackers, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 c. cold milk and 1 small pkg. instant pudding (any flavor), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Roll graham crackers; mix with butter; press into pie pan. Save approximately 2 tablespoons mixture for top.
Cream the cheese and add milk a little at a time.
Add pudding.
Beat until thick. Pour into pan.
Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top. Refrigerate at least 1/2 to 1 hour.
Serve cold.
Yields 8 servings.
