Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 c. hot water, 1 stick margarine and 1 small pkg. lemon gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Freeze milk until crystals form.
Chill bowl and beaters. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and set aside to cool.
Crush graham crackers and mix with margarine.
Spread 2/3 of mixture in bottom of 11 x 7-inch pan.
Cream cheese and sugar.
Add cooled gelatin and lemon juice.
Whip milk until stiff.
Fold into creamed mixture.
Pour into crust-lined pan and sprinkle with remaining cracker mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
