Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, 1 can chilled milnot, 1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted and 1 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve jello in boiling water and set to cool.
Cream the cheese, sugar and vanilla; add jello a little at a time and mix well.
Whip Milnot and fold into jello mixture.
Roll crackers to make crumbs; add melted butter or oleo and pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add jello mixture and sprinkle a few cracker crumbs over top for looks.
Chill.
