In large mixer bowl, cream cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat until creamy.
Pour into crust and bake at 375° for 20-30 minutes; cool completely.
Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla together; pour over cooled cake.
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
