Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 34 graham cracker halves, 1 stick margarine, 2 tbsp. powdered sugar and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water; cool.
Roll out the graham crackers and mix with margarine and powdered sugar.
Use most of the cracker mixture to line a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In separate bowl, cream together sugar, cream cheese and vanilla.
Mix with cold jello.
Whip chilled evaporated milk until stiff.
