Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 36 graham crackers, 1 c. boiling water, 1 large can milnot, 1/4 lb. butter or margarine and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Roll fine the graham crackers and mix well with margarine and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Line 9 x 9-inch or 8 x 12-inch baking pan with the crumbs, saving 1/4 cup for topping.
This can be baked for a few minutes in about a 325Β° oven (a little more tasty and hold together better).
At the same time, toast the 1/4 cup of crumbs in another pie pan.
Let cool.
