Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. lemon jello, 1 3/4 c. boiling water, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 large cool whip (16 oz.) and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix jello, water and lemon juice.
Let cool.
Cream sugar and cheese together.
When jello is cool, add to cream cheese mixture. Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan with graham cracker crust.
Use mixer.
