Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 double graham crackers, crushed, 1/4 c. melted butter, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 12 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix graham crackers, butter, sugar and cinnamon.
Save 2 tablespoons for topping.
Press into spring-form pan.
Cream the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg yolks and food coloring.
Pour into pan and bake 20 minutes at 375°.
Add sugar and vanilla to sour cream and pour over filling.
Return to oven and bake 5 minutes at 475°.
Cool and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
