Crush crackers and make a regular graham cracker crust, mixing crumbs and margarine.

Place in baking dish, 15 x 9 1/2 or 2-inch or smaller for thicker cake (13 x 9 1/2-inch).

Mix cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.

Pour over graham cracker crust and bake 35 minutes in 325Β° oven.

Cool to warm to lukewarm.
