Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 graham crackers, 1/2 cube butter or margarine, 3 large (24 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 5 large eggs and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Crush crackers and make a regular graham cracker crust, mixing crumbs and margarine.
Place in baking dish, 15 x 9 1/2 or 2-inch or smaller for thicker cake (13 x 9 1/2-inch).
Mix cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
Pour over graham cracker crust and bake 35 minutes in 325Β° oven.
Cool to warm to lukewarm.
