Cheese Cake

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light. Gradually beat in lemon, sugar, flour and vanilla.
Add sour cream.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add heavy cream.
Pour into spring-side pan.
Place this in a large pan with water.
