Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. boiling water, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tall can milk and 1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dissolve jello in water with lemon juice.
Chill but do not let set.
Chill until icy the can of milk (may be chilled in ice tray).
Soften cheese
(if using an electric mixer, milk and cheese may be mixed together).
Add sugar, when beaten stiff; add vanilla.
Jello mixture.
Roll crackers fine, mix oleo and sugar.
Line pan. Keep back about 1/3 of the mixture to sprinkle on top.
