Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) container gicatta cheese, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cornstarch and 4 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 300Β°.
Grease an 8-inch spring-form pan.
Beat together Gicatta and cream cheese, sugar and cornstarch, then add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add vanilla and lemon; spoon into pan.
Bake 1 hour; turn oven off.
Leave in oven 30 minutes after turning oven off.
