Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 small carton ricotta cheese (1 lb.), 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

At slow speed, in mixer, add cream cheese, Ricotta cheese and sugar.
Blend well, then add 4 eggs (one at a time).
Mix well. Add vanilla, lemon juice, cornstarch, flour and butter.
At end, fold in pint of sour cream.
