Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cottage cheese, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream together the cottage cheese and cream cheese.
Gradually add the sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla.
Add cornstarch and flour.
Stir in well until smooth the melted butter and sour cream.
Pour into greased (with margarine) spring pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Let remain in shut off oven for 2 more hours. Chill.
Put on topping just before serving.
