Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 large can evaporated milk and juice of 3 lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put milk in freezer to chill, then whip.
Add lemon juice and sugar, then the jello and cheese mixture.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
