Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can evaporated milk, 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. hot water, 1 pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Chill milk in can until it forms ice.
Pour milk into bowl; beat until it forms peaks.
Mix water and jello.
Let cool; beat. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar.
Add to jello mixture; add to milk.
Beat well.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
