Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large cream cheese (soft), 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 grated peel from fresh lemon and juice from 1/2 fresh lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all.
Use spring-form pan.
Grease pan with melted butter. Roll crushed graham crackers around pan.
Fill pan with mixture and place in another pan.
Pour water in outside pan until there is 1/2 inch of water standing in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until cake is lightly browned.
