Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, slightly beaten, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Grease spring-form pan.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese.
Add sugar gradually until creamed well, then add eggs.
At low speed, beat in cornstarch, flour and lemon juice.
Add melted butter and sour cream.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until firm around the edges.
Turn off oven and let cake sit in oven for 2 hours.
Remove after 2 hours and cool completely.
Refrigerate until chilled.
