Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. confectioners sugar and 1 can milnot, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until it starts to jell.
Mix together cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth.
Whip Milnot until it peaks; slowly add cream cheese mixture and gelatin.
Mix cracker crumbs with margarine, reserving 1/4 cup.
Line a cake pan with rest of crumbs.
Pour in cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with rest of crumbs.
Chill.
