Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. melted margarine, 1 can pie filling for topping, 1 egg and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat together egg, sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and lemon extracts.
Set aside.
Press graham cracker crumb mixture into 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
Pour cream cheese mixture into graham cracker crust and bake at 325Β° for approximately 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and pour your favorite pie filling on top.
