Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. graham crackers, crushed, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 c. boiling water and 1 can milnot evaporated milk, chilled overnight, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix graham crackers and melted margarine; line 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Dissolve together jello, boiling water and lemon juice; cool.
Add jello mixture to cream cheese mixture, then fold in 1 large can Milnot evaporated milk (whipped).
Pour over graham cracker crust. Sprinkle a few graham cracker crumbs on top.
