Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. knox gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 2 egg yolks, 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pour cold water in cup and sprinkle Knox on top.
Set aside. Crush graham crackers and place them in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
In a double boiler, cook next 6 ingredients until very smooth, stirring occasionally.
Add Knox mixture and stir until dissolved.
Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate to set.
You can add a small can of drained, crushed pineapple.
