Mix together the cake mix, 1 stick melted butter and 1 beaten egg.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together the cream cheese, 1 stick softened butter, confectioners sugar and 3 beaten eggs until well mixed.

Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
