Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/8 lb. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 lb. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth.
Grease pan and press mixture into pan with spoon.
Mix cream cheese and sugar and add eggs, one at a time plus the vanilla.
Pour over the graham cracker crumbs and bake 35 minutes at 350Β°.
Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla; pour on cake and bake 5 minutes.
Cool. Refrigerate.
A 9 3/4-inch round spring-form pan may be used.
