Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve lemon Jell-O into 1 cup boiling water; let set overnight.
Fold pineapple (drained), cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and milk into whipped cream, then pour into baking dish that has been lined with graham cracker crumbs.
(To get graham cracker crumbs to stick to pan, butter.)
Also sprinkle crumbs on top.
Make sure all of the cream cheese is not lumpy.
