Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with graham cracker crumbs (2 crackers), butter, 4 eggs, 4 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese and 1 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Lightly butter an 8-inch spring-form pan, coat with graham cracker crumbs.
Mix all ingredients together, except lemon juice, no more than five minutes of mixing.
Add lemon juice and rind slowly.
Pour mixture into prepared pan; bake in a pan of water at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Turn oven off, let rest in oven 1/2 hour. Refrigerate when cool.
