Cheese Broccoli
Cheese Broccoli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen broccoli (chopped), 1/2 c. chopped onion, 6 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Thaw broccoli and drain well.
Saute onion in 4 tablespoons of margarine.
Stir in flour.
Add water; cook over low heat until mixture thickens.
Add salt.
Blend in cheese.
Combine sauce and broccoli and eggs and mix gently until blended.
Turn into greased casserole.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Dot with remaining margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour.
