Cheese Bread
Cheese Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1 1/2 to 2 c. cheese (your choice), 1 1/4 c. water and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and yeast; set aside.
Grate cheese into water with sugar and salt.
Heat just until warm.
Add to flour mixture with egg.
Stir well.
Add 2 to 2 1/2 cups flour; knead to moderately stiff dough.
Shape into ball and let rise until double.
Divide in half and let rest 10 minutes.
Shape into two loaf pans; let rise until double.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cover with foil the last 20 minutes.
Cut while warm and spread with garlic seasoned butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
