Cheese Blitz
Cheese Blitz is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cream cheese (room temperature), 1/2 c. sugar, 2 egg yolks, 2 loaves wonder bread and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Trim crusts from bread.
Roll flat with rolling pin.
Mix the cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks.
Spread on bread and roll up in a jelly roll.
Roll in melted margarine, then in cinnamon and sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for about 15 minutes.
Do not store in a tight container.
