Mix and add more flour if needed.
Roll thin; cut with small biscuit cutter.
Put pecan half in center of each biscuit. Bake on cookie sheet at 400Β° until lightly browned.
Put biscuits on brown paper to absorb grease.
When cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
