Cheese Biscuits
Cheese Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 lb. margarine and 2 c. plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π Recipe adapted from RecipeNLG-Full
Grate cheese; pour melted margarine over cheese.
Work in flour.
Roll 1/2 inch thick; cut in 1 inch rounds.
Bake on ungreased pan at 450Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
(I usually add more flour than recipe calls for.)
Make a roll of dough; pinch off small amount.
Roll into ball and flatten with a fork instead of rolling out and using cutter.
Roll in powdered sugar.
These are nice on a party buffet.
