Cheese Biscuits
Cheese Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. whipping cream (not whipped), 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese and melted butter (for coating biscuits), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
In a medium size bowl or in a food processor, combine flour, whipping cream and cheese.
Mix until the mixture forms a ball.
Roll out on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/2 inch (thinner if you want thin biscuits).
Dip in melted butter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
