Cheese Biscuits
Cheese Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. biscuit mix, 2/3 c. finely shredded cheese and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a well floured surface and knead 15 to 20 times.
Pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.
Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 450Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yield: 1/2 dozen.
