Cheese Bars
Cheese Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated, 12 oz. monterey jack cheese, grated, 1 can green chilies, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Spray 7 x 11-inch pan with nonstick coating.
Layer Monterey Jack, Cheddar and chilies.
Combine eggs, flour and sour cream; pour over cheese and chilies.
