Cheese Balls
Cheese Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. american cheese, 1/4 lb. medium cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp. blue cheese salad dressing or small pkg. blue cheese, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Let all cheeses stand out at room temperature.
When soft, beat cheeses in mixer.
Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and 1/4 cup pecans.
Mix well, then chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
After chilled, form into ball.
Cover ball with parsley, remaining pecans and slices of olives.
Serve with party crackers.
