Cheese Balls
Cheese Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 2 c. chopped pecans, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper and 2 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Have cheese at room temperature.
Stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, pepper, onion and salt.
Put in refrigerator until hard enough to shape into balls.
Divide in half.
Shape into two balls.
Roll in remaining pecans.
