Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple, 1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper and 2 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Soften cream cheese.
Mix everything together.
Chill.
Make into 2 large balls and roll in the nuts.
