Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tsp. grated onion, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and pinch of minced garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Set both cheeses out of the refrigerator until at room temperature, then mix the cheese, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce and minced garlic together until well blended.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, then roll into 1 ball or 2 logs and then roll in the nuts until well coated.
Chill and keep refrigerated.
