Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine, 1 pkg. hidden valley ranch dressing, some olives, chopped and chipped beef, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Let cheese soften at room temperature.
Blend in cheeses, onion, beef, olives and Ranch dressing.
Blend all this very good and form a ball.
Roll in chopped pecans.
Serve with Sociables crackers.
