Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature), 1 pkg. smoked beef (paper thin), chopped fine, 2 dashes tabasco sauce, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Blend cream cheese, smoked beef, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and chopped onion together with blender.
Shape into ball. Mix parsley and pecans.
Press onto cheese ball.
Refrigerate. (Best when made night before.)
Serve at room temperature with "party crackers".
