Made with 1 small jar pimento, well drained, 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and seasoning salt and garlic to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Mix with all other ingredients, except nuts.
Place in freezer for about 20 minutes to firm up.
Form into ball and roll in nuts.
